Be. A. Buck.

Our Bucks programme was built to support the growth and development of children under the age of 7 and successfully introduce them to the game of basketball. The physical, social, emotional and cognitive characteristics of children at this age group has shaped our games and activities; allowing us to create a safe yet fun environment for everyone to enjoy and learn from.

We welcome children of all abilities and experience, but if you have any questions about which sessions would be best suited to your child, then please don't hesitate to contact us.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE WORK ON WITH OUR BUCKS

  • Focus on exploring and developing fundamental movement skills within basketball and general movement environments

  • Introduction of basic coordination skills and refinement of throwing and catching

  • Explore and repeat multiple forms of ball familiarisation exercises

  • Introduction and focus towards the basic basketball skills, such as shooting, dribbling and passing

  • Introduce the basic rules of play

Basketball is very good. I really like it. please can we do it again?

Harrison, age 6
