Bold. Brave. Sometimes boisterous..!

Our herd of Buffalo are always having fun and locking horns as they gain strength and learn to play together.

Q. What did the mother Buffalo say to her youngest as they left for school..?

A. .."Bison!"

Be. A. Buffalo.

Our Buffalo programme has been created with the needs of children under the age of 11 at the forefront of its design. We understand the physical, social, emotional and cognitive changes children go through during these key years; allowing us to provide sessions that undoubtedly improves their basketball ability as well as their overall personal development.

We welcome children of all abilities and experience, but if you have any questions about which sessions would be best suited to your child, then please don't hesitate to contact us.

Here are some of the things we work on with our Buffalos

  • Improve and develop coordination through learning, refining and combining different offensive 'moves'

  • Develop strength through body-weight exercises and challenges

  • Develop 'proper' shooting technique

  • Learn new styles of finishing close to the basket

  • Explore how to play effectively with others and improve decision making during 3 v 3 and 4 v 4 'full court' game play

  • Encourage creativity and 'flair' during unstructured play

The coaches made me feel welcome and comfortable so that I could get really involved. I learnt a lot of new skills as my aim got better and also my control skills. I told all of my friends about it because it was great fun and they would learn a lot and enjoy it as well.

Rowan, age 11
